At GIMMI Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness products and performance gear. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


Wellness Products (Gummies & Supplements)

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photo proof.

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or refund.


Bikes & Sports Equipment

We accept returns on bikes and eligible equipment under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Assembled or used bikes
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
